Say hello to Henry!
Henry is a 12 year old, 13hh, piebald, Cob, gelding who is ready to find his home as a non-ridden companion.
Henry is a very affectionate boy who loves a cuddle and a fuss, he is looking for a new home where he can have time to settle in and have a set routine. Henry loves to always have a companion with him and would thrive on a smaller yard set up with geldings.
Henry loves human attention and will always greet you in the field, he will continue to walk around with you to see what you are busy doing!
Henry loves to be groomed and having a bath is one of his favourite things!
Stabling/Shelter: Henry currently lives out with access to a field shelter. Henry doesn’t settle well when in a stable alone, he likes to have a friend very close by.
Companionship: Henry can’t live with mares or with mares around him, this unsettles him, he is much happirer living with geldings only and settles in well into most herd dynamics. Henry loves his companions and does not like to be left alone in the field.
Forage/Feed: Henry is currently living out and on no hard feed, he will be given forage if the grazing becomes too sparse.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Henry is currently barefoot and is trimmed all round every 6-8weeks and is a good boy for the farrier.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: Henry can’t live near mares.
Vet: Henry is a good boy for the vet.
