Ernie is a 19 year old, 12hh, Dark Bay, Dartmoor, gelding who is ready to find his home as a non-ridden companion.

Ernie is a friendly boy who loves to interact with you and be around his field companions, he is looking for a new home where he can have lots of attention.

Ernie is a sweet natured boy who loves a fuss and a groom, he is good to do in all ways.

 

Stabling/Shelter: Ernie lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter and has been on a track system in the summer months to help manage his weight. 

Companionship: Ernie is happy living with either mares or geldings and will happily live within a herd as well as with just one other, he is a very laid back chap.

Forage/Feed: Ernie is on grazing 24/7 and has a small amount of antilam with a Vitamin E supplement to support his liver.

Medication: N/A

Farrier: Barefoot, trimmed every 6-8 weeks, Ernie is good for farrier. 

Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure. 

Vices: N/A.

Vet: Enie is good for vet, he has mild sweet itch in the summer and has herdleader, a sweet itch clip and sweetitch rug.
