‘Bransby Horses Your Horse Live Photo Caption Competition’: Terms and Conditions
- Bransby Horses Company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales company registration number 3711676 registered office: Bransby Lincoln LN1 2PH charity registration number 1075601 is the promotor of this free competition subject to these terms and conditions
- All entrants must be age 18 years and over and be residents of the UK. Bransby Horses reserves the right to verify eligibility of entrants
- By entering the competition entrants accept these terms and conditions
- The prize for this competition is two entry tickets to “Your Horse Live 2019” for one of the three days advertised
- To enter the competition, entrants must submit their answer to the question posed in the comments section of the competition post Bransby Horses Your Horse Live Photo Caption Competition and may submit as many entries as they wish
- The competition starts at 9am on 26th October 2019 and closes at 6pm 29th October 2019
- The three finalists will be entered into a voting poll with Bransby Horses staff and volunteers and as a result of the popular vote, a winner will be decided
- Winning entrant will be contacted via Facebook direct message by 11am on 30th October 2019 and must respond with name and email address to accept by 3pm on the same day (30th October 2019), failure to do so may result in Bransby Horses awarding the winner’s prize to the runner up
- The winner will be announced on Bransby Horses Facebook page
- Travel, accommodation and extras are not included
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not sponsored by any third party affiliates.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for goods, cash or services
- This competition is not affiliated with Your Horse Live, although tickets have been provided by the event organiser
- There is only one prize of two tickets, no additional prizes or extras will be given
- By entering, the entrant grants permission for the charity to use their name and town for the purpose of identifying them as the winner of the competition
- Entrants consent and agree to their personal data being shared with Your Horse Live
- Bransby Horses will manage the competition and select three finalists
- Once the competition is closed and the prize has been delivered to the winner, all data will be deleted
- We reserve the right to honour or reject any entry
- We reserve the right to cancel this competition at any time, for any reason
- Bransby Horses decision will be final
- Staff and volunteers of Bransby Horses are not eligible to enter
