Thai is a 17 year old, 11.2hh, chestnut/white, Welsh X, mare who is ready to find his home as a non-ridden companion.
Thai is looking for her new home to be a quiet yard, due to her being nervous she would enjoy the calmness of a smaller yard.
Thai is looking for a fosterer who has knowledge and is a calm and patient person to be able to understand and get to know Thai’s nature.
Thai is a super sweet mare who would love a routine in her new home, she loves a groom when she has built a bond with someone and enjoys a stable day, although lots of turnout with a friend would make Thai very happy!
Thai is a quiet and sensitive mare and can be nervous of new people, she can take her time to create a bond and build trust with you. Thai is a very sweet mare and has a cheeky personality at times, she is looking for a quiet home with a consistent routine to allow her to adjust to her new surroundings.
Thai is good to catch once she gets to know you so a routine will help her build a bond with her new fosterer.
Stabling/Shelter: Thaii currently lives out 24/7 on a track system and doesn’t like to be left alone in the field, Thai loves coming into a stable is happy on her own with forage.
Companionship: Thai has lived with mares and geldings and sits in the middle of the herd nicely. Thai has also lived with one other friend before and is happy within a small herd environment or with one other, she does like to always have a friend with her.
Forage/Feed: Thai currently lives out on 24/7 turn out and has a hay and straw mix when grazing becomes too sparse, she is on no hard feed but is on All in one supplement daily when living out.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Thai is good for the farrier and is trimmed every 6weeks and has her feet picked out daily, Thai would benefit from a quiet and calm farrier.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure. Thai will need X-rays every 2years.
Vices: N/A.
Vet: Thai is a good girl for the vet and benefits from a calm, quiet and patient vet.
