Say hello to Rhone!

Rhone is a 13 year old, 14.2hh, grey cob mare who is ready to find a home as a non-ridden horse.

Rhone is an incredibly kind and gentle mare who would make the perfect addition to anyone’s family. She is easy going and always tries her best in whatever she is asked, never putting a foot wrong. In the field, she is gentle and kind with all herd members, often taking on a matriarchal role, stepping in to teach the youngsters some manners if they get too pushy!

Rhone is looking for a home with a lot of love to give. She is extremely affectionate and loves spending time with her humans. She has been enjoying coming into her stable with a haynet and receiving a good groom, often falling asleep because this relaxes her so much. Rhone also enjoys going on in hand walks and exploring new places, she loves greeting people that she meets on her travels and investigating anything she feels needs a good sniff.

Rhone is an absolute dream to handle in all ways. She would be the type you would let your Granny lead to the field without worry. She loves her routine and would settle well in a consistent environment. This lovely lady will steal your heart in an instant.

Rhone currently lives out 24/7 on appropriately restricted grazing with access to shelter. She enjoys decompressing in the stable providing she has a friend in a stable close by.
