Say hello to Miss Molly!
Miss Molly is a 10 year old, 16.1hh, liver chestnut, Irish Draught X, mare who is ready to find her home as a non-ridden companion.
Molly is such a sweet mare with so much love to give, she likes a quiet life with lots of fuss and attention with regular interaction with her handler as she gains her confidence through her handler.
Miss Molly is looking for her new home to be with someone who is competent or has previously owned bigger horses, someone who will allow Molly time to settle in to her new environment and into her new routine.
Molly would like to spend some time with her new fosterer to build a bond with her.
Molly is looking for her new fosterer to be someone who has the time to spend with her and allow her to show off how much of a sweet mare she is.
Molly is a gentle girl who is looking for a home where she can be herself and relax and give all the love she has to offer!
Stabling/Shelter: Molly currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, Molly would prefer to live out in her new home, if she was to stable she would like this gradually introducing into her routine. Molly would benefit from living on a smaller, quieter yard as she doesn’t like busy environments.
Companionship: Molly is currently living within a herd of younger mares and has settled in well, she likes to be around her field companions and can become unsettled when left alone in the field so would benefit from having a friend always with her.
Forage/Feed: Molly currently lives out on 24/7 grazing and is given ad lib hay as and when needed, she is currently not on any hard feed, she has previously had a hard feed daily during the winter months last year to help maintain her weight.
