Ludo is a 12 year old, 13.1hh, piebald, cob, gelding who is ready to find his home as a non-ridden companion.
Ludo is looking for his new home where he can get lots of attention, he loves a good scratch and is good to do in most ways.
Ludo is a sweet natured boy who loves interacting with his field companions and humans.
Ludo is a gentle sole and loves to please and be the centre of attention! He settles quickly and once he is settled in he will happily lie flat out in the field in the sunshine!
Stabling/Shelter: Ludo is currently living out 24/7 and is strip grazed, he has hay in the field and when in the stable has hay in a small holed net. Ludo wears a fly mask in the summer months.
Companionship: Ludo likes company, and is sociable chap. Ludo’s preference is to be in the same paddock as another, but he has been alone as well and does settle.
Forage/Feed: Ludo has a hard feed Am + PM. Ludo is strip grazed and has hay in the field when needed.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Barefoot and trimmed every 6weeks.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: N/A.
Vet: Chronic Progressive Lymphedema (CPL) , Ludo has his legs clipped and maintained or little scabs will form, currently has ivermectin spray as long as no broken skin.
