Say hello to Fleur!

Fleur is a 1 year old, 7.2hh, piebald, Shetland, mare who is ready to find her home as a non-ridden companion.

Fleur is an adorable girl with a loving personality, she is good to do in most ways, she is still learning due to her young age and would benefit from her new home to be with someone who understands this and has the time to continue her education.

Fleur enjoys lots of fuss and attention and has a lot of love to give.

Stabling/Shelter: Fleur currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, she has not been stabled much, she will happily stand on a woodchip pad on her own with some forage.

Companionship: Fleur currently lives in a herd of other mares of similar age and height, she sits in the middle of the herd dynamics.

Forage/Feed: Fleur is currently on restricted grazing 24/7 due to weight gain, she has a hay/straw mix when grazing is sparse, she has stud lite and linseed in the morning due to her age.

Medication: N/A

Farrier: Fleur is barefoot and trimmed every 6 weeks, due to her young age she can struggle to balance with having her hind feet done, she would benefit from keeping her feet low and a patient farrier.

Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.

Vices: N/A

Vet: Fleur is a good girl for the vet.

Medication: N/A
