Cedar is a 4 year old, 12.2hh, black, Cob, gelding who is ready to find his home as a non-ridden companion.
Cedar is a real sweetheart who loves cuddles, grooming, and plenty of attention, he is extremely willing and kind.
Cedar is looking for a calm home where he can settle in at his own pace, with a fosterer who can continue his education and support his development.
Cedar is a super sweet friendly lad who has a positive attitude towards life, he is an all round good boy in all activities.
He has so much love to give and will make a wonderful companion.
Stabling/Shelter: Cedar currently lives on a track system with access to a field shelter, he will happily stable with some forage.
Companionship: Cedar is a quiet, very friendly, easy going chap who sits more towards the lower end of the herd dynamics. He currently lives with 3 other geldings and slots into most herd nicely and is happy to make new friends. He would benefit from living with gentle companions.
Forage/Feed: Cedar is currently living out on grazing 24/7 and is supplemented with a hay/straw mix when grazing becomes too sparse. He has herd leader in the summer months and an all in one supplement daily.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Barefoot and trimmed every 6 weeks, he is a good boy for the farrier.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: N/A
Vet: Allergy test in July 25, seems to flare up on wood chip pads, new shavings and some types of sand, management for sweet itch.
