With the second £1,000 draw fast approaching we are asking our supporters if they could spare a minute to nominate us for this year’s Movement for Good Awards.
Nominations need to be in by midnight on Wednesday, September 6 to make sure Bransby Horses are in the running.
Earlier this year 150 organisations were handed £1,000, representing a wide range of charities – from animal sanctuaries to health centres, scout groups to community support hubs.
We need as many votes as we can get to be in with a chance of benefitting from Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards, which is giving over £1million away to charities for the fifth year running.
It’s quick and easy to nominate online at www.movementforgood.com
Winners will be drawn at random and the more times we are nominated the more chance we have of being selected.
As a charity we rely entirely on donations in order to operate. A £1,000 donation would benefit the daily lives of our equines.
Bransby Horses spokeswoman Maria Thompson said: “Once you have voted why not use social media to ask people to vote us for the best possible chance of winning.”
Mark Hews, Group Chief Executive of Benefact Group, said: “We’re delighted to announce the launch of Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards for the fifth year running.
“Benefact Group is the third largest corporate donor in the UK and has an ambition to be the biggest. Owned by a charity, all of its available profits go to good causes, and the more the group grows, the more the group can give. Our Movement for Good Awards will continue to help charities change lives for the better and we know that for many charities, £1,000 can make a real difference.”
