Bewick is a loving girl who loves attention and a groom, she has a busy mind and likes to keep busy, she is friendly and always greets you in the field and looks for fuss and attention.
Bewick is looking for an experienced home who will allow her time to settle in to her new environment and have a consistent routine.
Bewick would like a quiet herd or companion to live with and would benefit from regular handling in her routine.
Stabling/Shelter: Bewick currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, she will happily stable with friends in sight and haynet.
Companionship: Bewick enjoys being with others and currently lives in a small herd of mares, she is dominant within the herd when living with smaller ponies and sits more towards the lower end of the herd dynamics when living with bigger mares. Bewick can become attached easily and may become unsettled when her friend is taken away and would like to always have a companion in the field with her.
Forage/Feed: Bewick is on 24/7 grazing and supplemented with low calorie hay when grazing becomes too sparse.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Bewick is barefoot and trimmed every 6-8weeks.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
