Raven is a 7 year old, 14.2hh, piebald, cob, mare who is ready to find her home as a non-ridden companion.
Raven is a nice easy mare, she would benefit from a consistent routine in her new home to help her settle in and would like to spend time with her new fosterer having grooming sessions and in hand walks.
Raven is looking for someone who has knowledge of EMS and is able to manage this.
Raven is a friendly mare who loves attention, she is a dominant mare in the herd and likes to live with others who have a similar temperament.
Stabling/Shelter: Raven currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, she has previously lived on a track system in the summer to help monitor her weight for her EMS.
Companionship: Raven enjoys the company of others and likes being around her field companions. Raven is more of a dominant mare and would benefit from living with others of a similar temperament. Raven currently lives in a herd of mares.
Forage/Feed: Raven is on 24/7 restricted grazing due to her having EMS. Raven has previously been on a supplement for her feet during the warmer months as her feet tend to crack.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Raven is shod in front and trimmed behind, she is seen by the farrier every 6weeks.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: N/A.
Vet: Raven has EMS and is managed for this by monitoring her weight.
