Lilly is a 18 year old, 11hh, grey, Welsh, mare who is ready to find her home as a non-ridden companion.
Lilly is looking for her new home to be with someone who will give Lilly time to settle in to her new environment and be patient with her. Lilly loves a cuddle and when a bond has been made and she is confident around her handler she will seek attention from them and loves standing in the field for a cuddle loves a groom!
Lilly is a kind pony who just needs that little bit of confidence giving to her from her handler and to give her time and attention to allow her amazing personality to shine through.
Lilly is a very sweet natured mare with a lot of love to give. Lilly can be noise sensitive so would benefit from having her headcollar left on in the first few weeks in her new home to gain her confidence and build a relationship with her new fosterer.
Lilly will happily stand to have a bath and be groomed. Once Lilly is settled she will always come over to you in the field to say hello and follow you around the field.
Stabling/Shelter: Lilly currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, she always like to have a friend with her in the field. Lilly will happily stable with a friend in sight and can also be left alone in a stable with a snack to keep her occupied.
Companionship: Lilly likes to be with her field companions and sits in the middle to the higher end of the herd dynamics. Lilly is happy living with mares or geldings of any age and any height.
Forage/Feed: Lilly is on restricted grazing 25/7 and is supplemented with forage when grazing becomes too sparse.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Lilly is a good girl for the farrier and is barefoot and trimmed every 6weeks.
Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: Lilly can be noise sensitive at times.
Vet: Lilly is a good girl for the vet and injections.
