Skyler is a 12.3hh, 8 year old, brown roan cob mare, who is ready to find a home as a non-ridden companion.
Skyler is looking forward someone who would like to spend time with her as she loves to be pampered and groomed. Skyler also enjoys going for in hand walks to explore new things.
Skyler would be perfect in a one on one home where she has a consistent routine and has a friend to keep her company. Skyler can become stressed in busy environments, so therefore is better suited to a more quiet routine, she can get attached to other equines very easily and does not like to be on her own. If she has company for reassurance and a routine, Skyler is easy to do anything with and is such a sweet mare.
Skyler is a real sweet girl who has so much to offer, Skyler loves a fuss and a groom and to spend time with her handlers so would love a fosterer who would take the time to interact with her.
Stabling/Shelter: Skyler currently lives our 24/7 with access to a shelter, she is good with others however does get stressed if left alone in the field. Skyler will happily stable however will needs friends in sight.
Companionship: Skyler doesn’t like to be alone and will stress if left alone in the field. Skyler does need a friend and is currently living in a herd of mares.
Forage/Feed: Skyler is currently on rough standing hay grazing, she can also have hay if required.
Medication: N/A
Farrier: Skyler is currently barefoot and is good for the farrier who comes every 6-8weeks.
Dentist: Sedated as per standard Bransby Horses procedure.
Vices: N/A
Vet: Skyler is good for the vet and with needles.
