Say hello to Lola!
Lola is a 15 year old, grey, 8.3hh, Shetland mare who is ready to find a home as a non-ridden pony.
*Please note – Lola is not currently at our main Bransby Horses site*
Lola is a sweet mare with little legs and a big character! She is always one to put a smile on your face, whether through galloping round her field with her ears pricked and whinnying, or through demanding scratches and attention by rubbing up against your leg until you give in. She is a lady who knows what she wants and knows how to get it!
Lola is a firm favourite wherever she goes. She is affectionate and loves being around people. Lola is easy to do in all ways and rarely puts a foot wrong, she is always calm and relaxed, nothing seems to faze her. She is laid back and knows that she will receive whatever her heart desires with a quick batt of her lashes, she knows she is too cute to say “no” to. Lola knows that she is a princess who has her handler wrapped around her finger! We cant help but give in to her desires.
Lola’s Perfect Partner would be someone who has the time to give her all the attention and love she deserves. Her favourite activity is going on in hand walks, this is incredibly important for Lola to ensure she remains at a healthy weight, as well as ensuring her mind stays active. Lola will make someone extremely happy and is ready to be the apple of someone’s eye.
Lola is turned out on appropriately restricted grazing to manage her weight with access to shelter. She will also happily stable
