Introducing Sooty and Olivia
Sooty has been with Olivia and family since 28th December 2019, we caught up Olivia and mum to find out how he’s settling in…
What’s your favourite thing Sooty does?
When I’m swinging on his stable chain he nibbles my leg & when I scratch his neck he makes funny faces with his lips.
What has been your most fun moment with Sooty so far?
Learning to jump him on the lunge, he’s really good at it & can jump barrels now. He’s really brave.
What are you planning to do with Sooty once lockdown is over?
I want to learn free schooling & take him to in-hand shows.
Olivia’s mum says…
‘When we started our journey to find a therapy pony for Olivia we weren’t sure whether that pony even existed. We tried a few rescue websites & stumbled upon Bransby. As soon as we saw Sooty’s picture Olivia fell in love with him. It’s been a rollercoaster start with him because he took a while to settle, but I can honestly say it was the best decision we’ve ever made. They are both inseparable & the difference in Olivia’s confidence is amazing. We not only have the kindest & gentlest pony with the biggest heart but also have an amazing extended family. We can’t thank Bransby enough.’
