Hudson is a 16 year old, 12hh, piebald, Cob, gelding who is ready to find his home as a ridden equine.
Hudson would suit an active home. He would like to be out and about having fun at local clinics, shows. and pony club rallies. He is a ‘been there and got the t shirt’ type. He loves his jumping and is bold to a fence remaining in a good rhythm.
He is responsive to the leg and he would be perfect for a competent balanced child looking for their first pony who just wants to have some fun.
Hudson is a friendly boy. He does seem to prefer children over adults and therefore great for a child to handle. He has been a child’s ridden pony for a number of years. He has competed in SJ, and small ODE’s and has won the odd rosette in a speed class, so he can find second gear.
Stabling/Shelter: Hudson currently lives out but will stable.
Companionship: Hudson would like a friend in the field or in a field adjacent. He is not a dominant member of the herd but can be playful.
Forage/Feed: Forage diet, he may need restrictive grazing at times as he is a good doer.
