Lead rein pony!

An established lead rein pony, a 12 year old, 12.2hh, piebald, cob, mare who is ready to find her home as a lead rein ridden companion.

She is a sensible mare who has been a lead rein pony for a few years now. She is now looking for that next home where she will continue her work as a lead rein pony. She also will ride off the lead rein with a more capable child and has proven to be sensible when out and about. She has attended pony club rallies and also a small competition.

She is good to lead in hand and happily ties up at the yard to be groomed. She does enjoy being groomed however is more sensitive around her quarters and tail so a gentle hand is needed with adult supervision and assistance.

She is a well established lead rein and has worked of the lead rein in walk trot and canter, she is a bit weak and unbalanced in canter so she is looking for a home where she can progress and improve on this. She happily works over poles and small cross poles with ease.

She currently lives out 24/7 with access to shelter and will also happily come into a stable.

She does like a field friend and enjoys the company but she will be turned out by herself if she has others nearby in sight.

Forage/Feed: Not on any hard feed, just on forage, she is a good doer and does need her weight monitoring.
