Bransby Horses’ Veterinary Advisor to Lecture at British Student Equine Veterinary Association Congress 2022

24th January 2022

This weekend, Bransby Horses’ Veterinary Advisor and leading equine skin tumour (sarcoid) expert, Jeremy Kemp-Symonds, will be speaking at the British Student Equine Veterinary Association’s (BSEVA) annual congress.

The BSEVA hopes to encourage veterinary students to explore the equine sector by offering a wide range of practicals, talks, trips and information on equine veterinary medicine as well as running an annual conference, again this year online.

Mr Kemp-Symonds will be talking to equine vet students about his role at Bransby Horses, the charity’s rescue and welfare work and some of the cases he’s seen during his time at the charity, plus the treatment of skin tumours in equines, as is his specialty. Also speaking are colleagues from The Horse Trust.

Interested equine students can register here and readers can find out more about Mr Kemp-Symonds’ work here.
