Bransby Horses celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2018 and has some exciting events planned for supporters.
The annual Summer, Autumn and Christmas Fayres will still feature in the calendar; however this year the charity welcomes a new event – ‘Proms in the Paddock’. Grab your picnic and a blanket to enjoy an evening of live musical performances. Tickets cost £15 and limited gazebo pitches are available for an additional £25.
Another new addition for the 50th celebrations will be an exhibition situated in the Horse Sense Room. The exhibition will look back on the last 50 years at the charity and the equestrian world with specialist items on display. Admission to the exhibition (which is due to open at the end of February) is £1 per person (under 12’s go free) and all proceeds will go towards the charity’s vital rescue and welfare work.
Adoption Meet and Greet Days will also be taking place throughout the year, meaning you can get up close to your favourite adoption stars. The first Adoption Day takes place in May and features the donkeys and Ebony the mule.
Our young supports will also be able to enjoy fun-filled activities at the ‘Junior Fun Day’ in July.
