Say hello to Atlas!

Atlas is a 4 year old, 12hh, liver chestnut, Welsh, gelding who is ready to find his home as a companion with potential.

Atlas is a very super friendly boy who loves to learn new things and explore his environment.

He is a very social pony in the field with his herd and happy to be turned out with all ages.

He is good to groom and polite to handle. He has started groundwork which he enjoys.

He is a little nervous with the farrier with his front feet however this is improving each time he meets the farrier.

He has the temperament and the potential to make a very nice child’s lead rein type pony.

Stabling/Shelter: Atlas is fine to stable with a small forage net. He lives out in a small herd with shelter available.

Companionship: Atlas lives out in a small herd of geldings. He is very friendly social boy to his herd mates. He is happy to live with geldings of all ages. Haven’t’ tried living with mares.

Forage/Feed: He has a forage mix of straw and hay supplemented in the winter, In the summer months he will need restricted grazing as he is a good doer. He currently has an all in one supplement.
