Who Wants Christmas Pudding?

8th December 2021

Back on the shelves by popular demand is a Christmas book telling the story of Pudding, the abandoned Shetland pony.

Pudding’s Christmas Miracle is a wonderfully uplifting tale, written to raise vital funds for equine care while helping to spread the word about the welfare and rescue work we do out in the community.

Sally Crawford, Executive Director of Engagement and Income Generation, said:

“Our work to improve the lives of horses is, sadly, more needed than ever before and through Pudding’s inspirational story, we’re hoping to raise awareness and funds.

“Whether you decide to buy the Pudding’s Christmas Miracle book, sponsor an equine or make a donation, you’ll make a positive difference and for that we’re truly grateful.”

Based in Lincolnshire, we have been rehoming and rescuing ponies, donkeys, mules and horses for over 50 years. Pudding’s Christmas Miracle was written last year as a collaborative effort by our teams and primary school teacher, Helen Kennedy.

We currently have nearly 1,000 equines in our care, added to which the pandemic cost us in excess of £100,000 in lost fundraising income since March 2020.

Pudding’s Christmas Miracle costs £6.95 from BransbyHorses.co.uk/Pudding or by calling 01427 788 464.
