Remembrance Sunday

We are holding our annual Remembrance Sunday Service on Sunday 10th November 2019 at 10.45 am. The service commences in the Clifford Marshall building, opposite Peter Hunt Yard. The service will take place in the memorial garden, next to the building.

In January 1942, four crew members sadly lost their lives when their aircraft crashed in one of the fields in the hamlet of Bransby. Each year we, alongside supporters of the charity and local residents pay our respects in a special service. The service also remembers all of those who fought during the wars, some of whom, gave their lives in battle. There will also be special recognition for the animals who have served in war. If you would like to join this service, please arrive 10 minutes before the service begins and to remain on-site afterwards, if you wish, to have a moment of reflection.
