Christmas Opening Hours
In the run-up to Christmas, we’ll be open on our usual days and hours, so you can enjoy everything we have to offer! Join in the fun with our scavenger hunt, and don’t miss the chance to relax in our café, serving a delicious winter menu alongside a traditional Christmas dinner. If you haven’t booked your festive meal yet, please contact our café team to check availability. While you’re here, take time to explore our beautiful winter walks and trails, where you can soak up the seasonal scenery and meet the wonderful equines in our care.
Visitor Centre Opening Hours
The last day our Visitor Centre is open before Christmas will be Sunday, 21st December.
The Visitor Centre will then be closed from Monday, 22nd December, to Thursday, 1st January.
We will reopen on Friday, 2nd January at 10am and close at 4pm.
Supporter Relations Phone line
Our Supporter Relations phone lines will be closed from 1pm on Wednesday, 24th December, to Thursday, 1st January.
The phone lines will reopen on Friday, 2nd January at 9am.
During this period, you can leave us a message or email us at mail@bransbyhorses.co.uk — we’ll respond when we return.
Welfare Office Phone Line
Our Welfare Office phone line will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
You can leave us a message or report a welfare concern via our welfare pages on our website. We will respond to any messages once we return.
For any urgent welfare concerns you can contact the RSPCA Emergency Line on 0300 123 4999.
Rehoming Team
Our Rehoming Team will be closed from Monday, 22nd December and will reopen on Monday, 29th December.
They will also be closed on New Years day.
Emergency support can be offered through the Welfare line on these particular days, except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
