This role provides administration support to the Visitor Engagement, Retail, Catering and Mail Order teams, based primarily at the Charity’s Visitor Centre in Bransby, Lincoln.
As part of this role you will support the smooth running of these functions by ensuring that administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively including EPOS & stock management software systems, stock ordering and control, data input, cash processing, collating data and conducting procedural audits.
Ideal applicants will have experience of accurate data inputting, a good level of IT skills and be effective in both communication and organisation. Previous experience of stock control is desirable.
For more information about this role, please see job description. This is a part time role at 15 hours per week to be worked weekdays, salary Grade 7a (actual £9,950.00 – £10,206.00 per annum).
