Honour, Passchendaele and Evelina have completed their quarantine period and have now moved to the Peter Hunt Yard! Having had a little time to settle and adjust to life on the farm, visitors are now finally able to meet the gentle giants.
Passchendaele is still a very protective mother but is now happier they are settled and used to their new routine. Evelina is growing bigger in size and confidence everyday which is great for staff to see and Honour is enjoying meeting her new friends over the fence.
Staff at the Peter Hunt yard will now start spending more time interacting with the trio to build their confidence around people as Passchendaele and Honour were nervous on arrival which can impact on her foal’s confidence around people. Evelina will also begin her basic handling alongside her mother and sister and have time to adjust to human interaction.
If you are visiting Bransby Horses, do come along and see the shires and foal Evelina!
