Our guest speaker Dr Tamzin Furtado, social scientist from the University of Liverpool is joining us to deliver information on alternative grazing systems. You may be considering the options of how you manage your horse due to equine health reasons such as laminitis, EMS or arthritis or a feeling of unease of keeping a horse in a restricted space. You may want to provide more enrichment for your horse.

Identify what you require from your pasture, supporting horse owners to create pastures suitable for different types of horses. Which grasses to use, how to care for it during the different seasons and when to complete routine tasks to get the best from your field.
