Events Calendar
This is a follow-on event from 2023, we would like to share with you our findings from some of our horses on the track system and their progress. Take a walk to see one of our track systems in operation, how to set one up, how the track promotes movement with the use of water, shelter and the enrichment provided, how is the land managed and how forage is added when required.
If you would like to take part in our event, please fill in your details on our Event Registration Form and you will be automatically registered. Event registration must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
Our guest speaker Dr Tamzin Furtado, social scientist from the University of Liverpool is joining us to deliver information on alternative grazing systems. You may be considering the options of how you manage your horse due to equine health reasons such as laminitis, EMS or arthritis or a feeling of unease of keeping a horse in a restricted space. You may want to provide more enrichment for your horse.
Event registration must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
Our very own estates team will be delivering information on sustainability and preserving grassland. Identify what you require from your pasture, supporting horse owners to create pastures suitable for different types of horses. Which grasses to use, how to care for it during the different seasons and when to complete routine tasks to get the best from your field.
Event registration must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
