Hours: 37.5 hours per week Wednesday – Sunday
Location: Bransby, Lincoln
Summary of the role
Bransby Horses welcomes more than 50,000 visitors each year to our award-wining centre, which includes a gift shop, preloved shop, café, miles of countryside walks, beautiful gardens, and an incredible play park. The highlight of the experience is meeting our resident equines and learning about the work we do.
The Visitor Welcome & Shop Manager is responsible for leading the team daily. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving forward engagement with our visitors about our incredible work in equine welfare and encourage lasting relationships and long-term support of our cause. The role also has responsibility for maximising onsite fundraising opportunities and data collection. The ideal candidate
We are looking for an influential individual who really understands what it means to be passionate about a cause and how to convey that in a way that builds trust and relationships to support Bransby Horses long term goals. You must have previous experience of working in a similar customer service environment i.e. retail, events or a visitor attraction, with at least 3 years working at supervisory level.
To be successful in the role, you should have excellent communication and people management skills, and a dedication to our purpose and achieving results through data collection, onsite fundraising and trading operations.
